I believe that when we have problems or issues, it’s because of how we’ve naturally and understandably responded to our experiences, and this can give rise to us encountering challenges and difficulties.
In this way, I believe that none of us needs ‘fixing’.
Instead, I prefer to tune into what’s going on for you and understand as best I can how your particular difficulties and challenges are impacting your life so I can help you move past these.
To this end, I prefer to see our relationship as one of equal collaboration.

Your sessions are about you. You are in charge and you set the agenda. My role is to facilitate the changes that you choose to make.
I work with you in order to help you move through whatever issues you bring to the session.
In that capacity I am 100% committed to enabling you to create lasting positive change.
Each session lasts for an hour. Longer sessions can be arranged if required.
